Category talk:Research resources

I thought I could create a new category by referring to it from another page, but something seems to have gone wrong. If anyone can easily correct the problem, I'd be grateful. Otherwise I'll try to sort it out tomorrow. Chris

Hi Chris - I think you've done it right. I did notice though that I used to get an error message when trying to "edit" a newly-created category page. I fixed it by going to Preferences (top right) > Editing and then deselecting the "Preview" option(s). Its some sort of bug in the system but I've not been able to figure it out, so this is the only way to by-pass the issue for now. Hope this helps! --Spryder 20:54, 22 November 2008 (EST)

Thanks. What I hadn't realised was that I had to put some text into the page before it would automatically generate the list of pages in this category. It seems to work now. Chris 05:55, 23 November 2008 (EST)
