Website includes an archive, which is freely searchable - displaying "snippets" of results - with page images available to subscribers.

United Synagogue

Website includes a searchable database of burials in 11 United Synagogue cemeteries, mostly in London (the exact name must be specified). Also a database of marriage authorisations, in progress, currently covering 1880-1888.
Some 19th-century registers for three synagogues in the City of London - the Great Synagogue, the New Synagogue and the Hambro Synagogue - are available through the Church of Latter-day Saints. They include many entries relating to families who lived in the East End of London.

Hamburg Passenger Lists, 1850-1934

Lists of passengers from Hamburg to London and elsewhere. Scanned records available to subscribers of Ancestry.com. There are searchable indexes for 1885-1914, and also scans of the original indexes to the passenger lists, for 1850-1934.

UK National Archives, Online Catalogue
